Captivate Podcast Hosting Features

We are constantly updating and adding new features and tools for our podcasters to enjoy within the platform. We will notify you via email (the one that you used when signing up) of any new features, tools and platform updates. Yes! We love new ideas and hearing about things that you’d love Captivate to do for you. Once in the platform, head on over to ‘Request a Feature’, let us know what your idea is (giving us as much information as possible, e.g. how you would like it to work, benefits etc) and we’ll look with a view to booking it in for building.

No, this is all unlimited, you can upload as many episodes, podcasts, and minutes as you so wish, no matter which plan you are on. The only difference between plans, is the number of monthly downloads that are included. Our plans start at $19 per month and covers you for up to 30,000 downloads - which is huge AND the best on the market. Also included is a 7-day free trial.

Whilst we don't offer free packages, we do offer a 7-day free trial, meaning you get to try before you buy.

Our dashboard is super clean and easy to navigate. It's easy to upload, publish, distribute and more. It's also easy for those starting a podcast or importing from another host.

Our support team is on hand to answer any questions, so 7 days is plenty of time to get a feel for Captivate.

When you are logged in to Captivate, in the bottom right of the screen is where you can chat to our support team.

You will usually get a response within an hour, but we do run reduced hours at the weekend and during bank holidays.

We're sure you won't want to leave us but yes you can cancel your account with us. Underneath the Billing section, you'll see the option to Cancel Account. Then simply follow the steps to cancel, making sure any current shows are managed accordingly eg deleted or redirected to a new host.
